Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing and using TonyBet Canada, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. TonyBet is licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operates under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. You must be 19 years of age or older (or the legal gambling age in your province) to use this platform. If you don't agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

Account Registration and Verification

You may only create one account per person. Providing false information during registration violates these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. We require identity verification before your first withdrawal—upload a government-issued ID and proof of address. Accounts must be registered in your own name; you cannot use someone else's identity or allow others to use your account.

You're responsible for maintaining account security. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. TonyBet isn't liable for losses resulting from compromised account credentials unless we've failed to implement reasonable security measures.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method—typically C$10 for most methods, C$20 for Interac e-Transfer. Withdrawals require a minimum of C$20. TonyBet enforces a closed-loop withdrawal policy: you must withdraw using the same payment method you used for deposits. This speeds up processing and complies with anti-money-laundering regulations.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours after submission. First-time withdrawals require account verification, which may add 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, funds reach your account within 12 hours for Interac e-Transfer, 24 hours for e-wallets, and 3 to 5 business days for credit cards. You cannot cancel a withdrawal once it's been approved.

Betting and Casino Rules

Sports betting odds are subject to change until you confirm your bet. Once placed, bets cannot be canceled except in specific circumstances outlined in our betting rules (e.g., event cancellation, obvious errors). Bet settlement follows our published rules—if disputes arise, our decision is final unless you escalate to AGCO.

Casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that ensure fair outcomes. Game malfunctions void affected bets and refunds are issued. Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and bonuses—exceeding these limits may void bonuses or result in account restrictions. All games display their Return to Player (RTP) percentages, which are verified by independent testing agencies.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, and time limits. Casino bonuses typically require 35x wagering, while sports bonuses require 5x wagering at odds of 1.5+ for straight bets or 1.7+ for parlays. You can only have one active bonus at a time.

Bonus abuse—including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim region-restricted offers, or exploiting technical glitches—results in account closure and forfeiture of all funds. We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings if we detect abuse or violation of bonus terms.

Responsible Gambling

TonyBet provides tools to help you gamble responsibly: deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. You can set these limits in your account settings. Self-exclusion can be temporary (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about our services, contact customer support first. Most issues are resolved through direct communication. If you're unsatisfied with our response, you can file a formal complaint with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), which oversees licensed operators in Ontario.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts. TonyBet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time—we'll notify you of significant changes via email or platform notices. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
